Tan-Tone offers FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service (Please note we only ship to the UK)
Delivery should normally take 1-2 working days depending on the time you place your order.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Orders are usually dispatched the same working day when placed before 4:00pm Mon-Fri. It should normally take 1-2 working days for delivery.
If you supply an e mail address and mobile number the Royal Mail will send you a text or e mail prior to delivery. This will give you a 4 hour delivery window within which an attempt will be made to deliver your item. A further e mail/text will be sent confirming whether delivery was successful or not. If not, a red card will be left indicating where your parcel has been left or where you should collect it from. Please note if you do not collect your item from the local Royal Mail depot and it is returned to us you will be eligible for a re dispatch fee of £3.99 or a refund less this amount.
Tan-Tone accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address you supplied when placing your order. We will only deliver to the address given. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details are up to date, complete & correct
If you would like to return your order please contact us initially via e mail. Tan-Tone accepts returns on all orders providing you notify us within 48 hours of your intention to do so. You then have a further 30 days to return the item/s. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
Once you have returned your items to us we will check them. If they are deemed to be damaged or anything is missing then we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost which could affect the amount credited back to you. We aim to process returns within 24 hours of receiving the item back. If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If you do receive a damaged item please do not dispose of it. Images must be taken & forwarded to our e mail address : email@example.com. Please show inside the bag, outside the bag and the damage sustained to the item. Once this information is received we will decide how to proceed from there. In the interests of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund any cosmetic products that have been used.
